Shipping & Returns

Shipment transit time:

In general the following shipping and delivery time spans are required:

  • We ship Monday through Friday (except for the national Holidays and long weekends);
  • Free Shipping (if available) - package will arrive in 6-8 business days;
  • Expedited Saver (if available) - package will arrive in 3-5 business days
  • 2 Day Delivery (if available) - package will arrive in 2 business days
  • Expedited - package will arrive in 2-4 business days by afternoon
  • Overnight Delivery (if available) - package will arrive next day by afternoon (no guarantee).
  • International customers must be responsible for the duties / taxes in the designated areas.
  • Canadian customers should be aware of UPS's brokerage fee, so please choose shipping carrier carefully and do not blame us if you incur extra fees.

The shipping day of an order will not be considered as the shipment day except for a shipment during the night which reaches the next business day. Only business days are considered shipment transit days. Weekends and national holidays are not included in the category of business days and they will not be considered as transit days.

Shipping carriers:

We ship via USPS and UPS carriers. Our shipping rates are calculated automatically and based on your destination / zip / city / country. The Shipping department will ship your order on the basis of the most suitable carrier for your area in order to dispatch your order to you as soon as possible.

Some of the conditions related to free shipping service:

  • Free Shipping offer is applicable only on selected items. Qualified items will be identified on the basis of their product information. They can also be found in your shopping cart.
  • Shipping procedure will be chosen by Free Shipping orders will be transported by means of a standard ground shipping process decided on by or the fulfillment centers/manufacturers direct-shipping. Express shipping orders will not be qualified for Free Shipping.
  • Offer is not applicable to freight or truck shipments concerning extra-large items. A few of the products we sell go beyond the size limits for regular ground shipping and they must be dispatched by freight or truck delivery. These items will be categorically marked as over-sized on their corresponding product information page.
  • Not accessible on for Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii orders. Only residential and commercial addresses in the continental US can avail of standard ground shipping orders for Free Shipping.

Return Authorization (RMA):

To apply for a Return Authorization (RMA) please contact us via EMAIL (please use our Contact Us form), describe the problem with the item received. The request once received, our customer support department will be contacting you in the timely manner and provide a Return Authorization number along with the detailed instructions regarding your return.

Terms for Returns:

  • We accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • If item was purchased by mistake and sent back for a refund, 15% restocking fee will be held.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable.
  • Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If the item arrived at your location damaged, please include the original shipping container in your return.
  • Every returned item must be in its original condition, including all components, it must not be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation.
  • Returns missing components will not be credited.
  • We are not responsible for installation errors.
  • We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
  • Any item that has been installed, used, scratched, torn, altered, glued, or damaged will not be recognized for a return.
